Richmond Hill Design + Build is a family company specializing in renovating old homes and building new homes in and around the city of Richmond. Born out of a passion for preserving the historic and architectural heritage of the city, Richmond Hill produces homes that combine historic charm and character with modern-day conveniences and desirable floor plans.

Lloyd Poe, owner and founder of Richmond Hill Design + Build was the founder and previous owner of two successful homebuilding companies, LifeStyle Builders and Developers, Inc. and Craftmaster Homes. He sold both in 2016 but quickly realized that retirement was not for him and started Richmond Hill Design + Build that same year. Now joined by Vice President, licensed architect, and Lloyd's daughter, Vanessa Poe, Richmond Hill brings fresh perspective to residential design.
